Command Master Chief with talent
Posted by Bacon on May 10th, 2013 filed in Stories

A Navy buddy of mine told me about a fellow he works with who can draw. I have heard that before. But this is the first time I have seen art work from a Command Master Chief – and the man is GOOD! His name is Dave Anderson – he is the Command Master Chief for the famous Ceremonial Guard in Washington, D.C.

Not that I’m an art expert, but I really like his clean style and use of shading. There is an intangible “likeability” quality that is common in almost all successful cartoons, and the Master Chief’s work has it.

Here are some samples from closet cartoonist and Command Master Chief Dave Anderson.

Here are some with more of an editorial cartoonist slant – good caricature of Saddam too.

I always knew he had real talent, ever since he was a little (master chief in training) boy.
