PT365′s most popular post from 2013 was my review of TRX’s FORCE super app and Tactical Training Program. This one – Review: TRX’s 12-week Tactical Conditioning Program and TRX FORCE Super App for iPhone – topped out at 24,975 views for the year.
I still haven’t made it all the way through the 12-week program, but I’m currently on my third attempt. Did it work? I think so, I’ve PR’d at every running distance I’ve done this year, from a 5K to a 70.5-miler. TRX atomic pushups, anyone?
