Marine Maj. Pamela Unger and her husband, former Marine Maj. Mark Unger, stopped by the studio today to shoot Bob Thomas’ strength training for runners workout.
Mark is a former MV-22 pilot and current stay-at-home dad. He was the 2007 Body-for-Life champion and is training for his first 100-miler. Pamela is a comptroller attending Command & Staff College. She’s a marathoner, cyclist and active weight lifter. She can also do eight pullups, enough to earn her a perfect score if and when pullups hit the PT test for Marine women.
